Mal au Pixel #7 Festival

Pixel-ache

From 27 October to 30 December 2012
Coming out of the Pixelache international network, Mal au Pixel (Pixel picking) leads a forecast on contemporary creation linked to new media and the cultural, social and political transformations they're bringing about.

Price: €3 / Free for members

The festival takes a look at the relationship between art and society and at practices founded in open and collaborative, low tech, DIY  tools.

From 27th October to 30th December 2012, Mal au Pixel comes to us in the form of an exhibition, practical workshops and a series of meet-ups with artists, researchers, hackers and international activists. An ensemble of installations and prototypes turn surveillance and monitoring technology on its head. This 7th edition will celebrate the tenth anniversary of the international Pixelache network.

An exhibition and workshops every week with two special weekends on the 27th and 28th October and the 7th, 8th and 9th December.
