News regarding the magazine in February

Monday 9 January 2012 Tags: Gaîté lyrique
1st February, la Gaîté lyrique's online magazine gathers speed to bring you more videos, audios and text. New name, new headings, new design, new contributors; Christmas comes early (or maybe late)!

This new avatar is structured around three major axes:

  • To respond and react to la Gaîté lyrique's program via content which will open new problematics and viewpoints. These extensions will enhance the visitor's experience of la Gaîté lyrique on the web.
  • To analyze and cast an enlightened, offbeat or amused eye on digital culture in the widest sense of the term.
  • To create and broadcast online works through creative residences offered to artists in the domains of the digital arts, graphics, coding or any other field which can be broadcast over the web.
1st February also marks the beginning of the « 2062 » sequence. The magazine takes the opportunity to rush into any and all space-time rifts with a series of articles conjugated in the future tense.

This day also marks the beginning of the Encyclopédie de la Parole's three-month online residence. Since 2007, this collective project has striven to collect, list and comment on all sorts of speech recordings in order to understand the diversity of oral forms. Behind this project are numerous artists such as Joris Lacoste, Pierre-Yves Macé, Vincent Epplay, Grégory Castera...

And so, patience, and a tryst on this same page on 1st February!
